Cuticle Softener contains lanolin and other moisturizers and is used as a softening agent rather than a cuticle remover. Most nail experts and dermatologists recommend that cuticles should be conditioned and moisturized, NOT cut or nipped. Gently push the softened cuticle back with the Nail File tip.
Cuticle Softener is designed to soften the skin on the surface. Cuticle Mousse is designed to nourish and moisturize the cuticle and nail matrix.
